Postpartum Restoration Plan
Dr. Karlie’s 8-week plan is designed with four “workouts” per week. All are rehab based in order to build stability back in the core and pelvic floor postpartum. Each week builds upon itself and all sessions are designed to be done in just 15-20 minutes. This plan can be started as early as the first week after childbirth (for uncomplicated births) or any time thereafter!
